How do I create an account / sign in?
Open Cadence and choose Sign in with Apple, Continue with Google, or email + password. Once you've signed in on a device, Cadence keeps you signed in — you won't see the sign-in screen again unless you sign out.
Does Cadence work offline?
Yes. Your songs are stored on your device and the app works fully offline. When you're back online, your lyrics, structure, and cover art sync automatically (with Cadence Pro).
What syncs across devices — and what doesn't?
Lyrics, song structure, titles, BPM, folders/EPs, and cover art sync with Cadence Pro. Audio recordings stay on the device they were made on and are never uploaded.
How do I manage or cancel Cadence Pro?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or in the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the current period ends.
I forgot my password.
On the email sign-in screen, request a reset and follow the link sent to your email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that same button to sign back in. Still stuck? Email us.
How do I export or delete my data?
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — email hello@brandnamechanges.com and we'll action it within 30 days. You can also request an export of your songs.
