Rhyme choices stay beside your lyric.
Use American English results as a starting point
The free browser tool uses American English pronunciations, but that does not make every result a fit for a US verse. Regional vowels, slang, reduced syllables and the stress you put on a word can change the connection. A dictionary match is a candidate for your line, not a verdict on your delivery.
Start with a beat, a bar or a freestyle. Collect a few endings in the rhyme finder, write the line in Cadence and record two deliveries. A pair of words can share a sound and still pull attention away from what you mean. Keep the version that communicates the thought when the lyric is out of sight.
Use “motion” and “ocean” as possible endings. Write one line for each, then speak them to a four-beat loop. Mark the stressed syllables and leave a deliberate breath before one ending. Listen to whether that space helps the thought land; equal syllable counts alone cannot answer it.
Keep the first take, revise the line and record a second version. Compare the two in the context of the song. You can keep writing in Cadence’s connected songwriting workflow.

Does signing in back up all my recordings?
No. Account sync is not a recording backup. Audio stays on your device unless you share it; keep exports of important recordings and finished work.
Does the free web rhyme finder support every language and accent?
No. The free browser finder currently uses American English pronunciations and a limited original phrase bank. Check results aloud in your own accent. The website tool and the Cadence app use different rhyme engines.
